katia wagner , miss earth air 2013 from austria today declared open the first ever butterfly museum in sri lanka at the wicklefield village in welimanda.the opening kicked off the GO GREEN SRI LANKA DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME.katia is scheduled to crown the next derana veet miss earth sri lanka winner.she is in sri lanka with the special invitation by  TVderana .the finale of the prestigious beauty pageant is scheduled on august 2nd at the CITRUS WASKADUWA.
