opening number is dazzling ,dramatic and nothing short of spectacular . venezuela talent was on display to the maximum with modern lighting, great stage, marvelous choreography ,splendid concept and sensational presentation. makes you nostalgic about what beauty and pageantry really means , beautiful, exciting, celebrations and a feeling of being up there in the stars for one night.
for 2018 the pageant veered away from the usual, this time they chose 12 semifinalists plus one voted by social media . the pageant was really fast paced which made every moment thrilling .
the fiery swimsuit competition always brings a lot of frenzy and fanfare. aran one performed his latest hit" pecar contigo" accompanying the sexy sassy pasarela of the girls. swimsuits were provided by world swimsuits , and as usual wardrobe malfunction happened again this year. though it was more subtle as miss vargas top was accidentally off exposing her breasts ,due to miss barinas stepping on her cape. but it was barely seen from the telecast as she was on her way exiting the stage , as with any live show , unexpected things can happen.the girls handled it with grace like the pro they are.

after the top 8 was selected the ladies paraded in their exquisite evening gowns from the newest collection of famed venezuelan designer hugo espina. the ladies sashayed with elegance ,finesse and impeccable style. accompanied by patricia zavala with her hit song "un beso", i cant get anough of this part the music is so perfect background for the finalists to showcase their gracefulness and poise wearing alluring evening gowns.
after parading in evening gowns the top 8 were asked to speak about a #hashtag they have chose from a bowl. this is a unique feature only miss earth has started and an innovation unique to miss earth. remember in 2017 all the stunning favorites for miss earth 2017 buckled in this round thus prevented them to enter the top 4.

the elemetal court included miss aire sarile gonzalez representing tachira, i correctly predicted the top 2. sarile is very beautiful too, she has angelic sweet features and is also a worthy queen. miss agua went to miss carabobo katherine rodriguez, she was the most polished queen of the night and really was remarkable onstage. miss fuego is the face of the pageant, the most beautiful face for miss miss falcon veronica araque. i would say this top 4 is the most beautiful set of queens venezuela has produced in a long time in all pageants.
after alyz won in 2013 , diana silva is the strongest venezuelan candidate sent to miss earth. diana is a complete woman, she is beautiful, she has one of the best bodies for 2018 , has the perfect height, amazing stage presence. she also speaks english , is smart , well spoken ,intelligent and cunning in the way she carries herself in pageant activities as well as onstage. there is a difference between a mere catwalk queen between a winning stage presence, diana knows how to execute the winning aura during coronation night.she is the most cognizant of all the recent winners of miss earth venezuela on what it takes to win the crown. she is humble and has an easy going personality which is the perfect fit for a miss earth queen , as she has to face different people from all walks of life and all economic orientations during the pageant as well as during her reign when she wins.watch out for this girl, as she might be the one who could finally take the third crown for venezuela in miss earth.there is no facet of pageant armory she is lacking, in fact she excels in all of them.

now for some tidbits ,israel will remain with lilac magazine in 2018, mostafa elezali is officially the miss earth egypt franchise holder, he will appoint this year and the candidate as per reliable sources is the most beautiful ever miss earth egypt, so thats something exciting.crimea is sending a delegate but it will not come from miss crimea pageant as they were unable to fulfill the requirements but gosh there are two girls inthe running for the title and both are supermodel gorgeous girls. austria will also be present but it will not come from miss austria pageant.wales and scotland, will be present , so the britsih and irish isles will be complete for 2018. lithuania might come back as well as georgia.like what i have told you, greece will be back after 9 years of being absent and she is none other than hot and sexy chrysa androusoutpolou.
latvia will also come back from being absent for a few years, she is laura skutane a former winner of miss all nations pageant.
