the miss earth 2016 candidates are the luckiest beauty pageant contestants this year, they will be treated to a meaningful holiday featuring the most beautiful island destinations as well as the most exotic places all over the philippines. hailed as mother earth's best kept secret, the philippines is blessed with the most majestic paradise that has been hidden from international tourists. this year the gorgeous miss earth contestants will embark on a trip of a lifetime traversing the more than 7,000 islands of the philippines. here is the lovely host candidate , imelda bautista schweighart who will attempt the never before feat in pageantry of doing a triple back to back for the philippines. imelda will do the almost impossible and will try her best to make a historical record in pageantry.

the miss earth 2016 candidates will promote environmental protection as well as sustainable eco tourism as a tool to further development. they will travel to palawan, boracay island and cebu , recently cited as three of the top islands in the world by travellers worldwide. other places in the pipeline are sorsogon, guimaras island, ilocos region, benguet, mindoro,isabela, leyte , lanao provinces ,manila and davao! the ladies are divided into three groups and will travel separately into the chosen destination. however , all the candidates will spend one week in davao city where the most important swimsuit competition will be held. pearl farm davao will play host to the swimsuit competition and the ladies will also tour the sites of interest in davao city.miss earth 2015 angelia ong and owner lorraine schuck are in davao to seal the deal for this momentuous event.

the miss earth candiates are not only environmental warriors , as women they are also advocates for health , so they will be  special guests of honor to raise funds for breast cancer awareness and treatment . a special PINK PARTY is organized with the 90 miss earth candidates as honored guests at the waterfront davao hotel on october 13.

miss earth activity is never cimplete without the important aspect of the pageant to help offset our carbon footprint. the miss earth 2016 is fully supported by the armed forces of the philippines in achieving the " 1 million trees campaign" by planting trees all over davao.

there will be three official residences in manila for 2016, diamond hotel, oakwood premiere and century park hotel, the ladies will be staying in these hotels divided into their groups.miss earth 2016 , the most anticipated and the most exciting big 4 pageant this year!
