now for my favorites for the crown: miss earth venezuela 2018 - diana silva representing lara, it will be a back to back for lara. diana is a blonde haired ,blue eyed goddess personified. she has everything gorgeous face, body to die for, amazing stage presence, humble attitude, hardworking and she wants to win this. diana also has the edge as the only english speaking candidate in this years competition.if she wins tomorrow she is the most beautiful and most complete queen in venezuela for 2018. she is not even at her maximum yet, when she is transformed more, she will be unbeatable at miss earth 2018 who for this year is looking for a goddess of beauty.
miss air venezuela 2018 - sarile gonzalez representing tachira young 18 year old beauty is the one that can snatch away the main crown from diana silva.she has the classic beautiful face that is harmonious and perfectly chiselled. she started out slow, but damn she went up the ranks and beat most of the favorites to win two major awards, best body and miss photogenic.
miss water venezuela 2018 - iriana guzman representing sucre is the porcelain giant goddess this year. she has exquisite fine features on alabaster skin standing 6 feet tall. in motion you can really see her radiance and shine, and when she speaks you feel calmness and ethereal beauty.she also did very well during interviews and is a great speaker.
miss fire venezuela 2018 - katiuska andrade representing anzoategui is an exotic goddess a representation of the multicultural mixture that is venezuelan society. long lean with bronze skin, lustrous long straight hair , maria lionza the indigineous venezuelan native indian icon will be very proud. such a remarkable face and stunning beauty.
rest of the top 10 5. falcon - veronica araque the face of the competition, i just cant get over how gorgeous her face is. especially in motion she is breathtaking and her face has very soft feminine features that become more and more beautiful the longer you look at her.i wanted her in the top 4 but she is a bit reserved and that might prevent her from the top 4 elemental court. but that face,i am totally captivated and bewitched.
6. guarico - gabriela vasquez what she lacks in height she makes up with her brilliant incandescent presence. the face that never seems to run out of glow and luster. the winner of the best smile award, so deserving she totally brightens any room or stage she goes to with her sparkling smile.
7.barinas- maite garcia is a glamorous modern woman with something extra. she has a smokin body and has a very contemporary look and aura that is viable in any form of media be it modelling, acting ,hosting or social media influencer. watch out for her she has great potential and definitely a contender.
8. merida - gabriella espana reminds you of venezuelan beauty queens of the 80's. this hazel eyed beauty is every inch a queen, elegant, foxy and regal in her moves and appearances.
9.delta amacuro - has dreamed of becoming miss earth venezuela for the longest time, she screened last year too and is a socail media superstar. she is the bombshell of 2018 with the loveliest piercing light colored eyes.
10. vargas - anais romero the morena beauty and the tallest girl in the competition at 6'1". she is very hard to miss and has a commanding presence anywhere she goes be it onstage or in real life. smooth mocha skin with distinct unforgettable features.

now for some tidbits that i know miss earth fans are always waiting for, its confirmed the finals night will be at the mall of asia arena on november 3, the girls will be in boracay island though to open the world famous island on october 26. there is a possibility the introductions will be filmed with the paradise sceneries of boracay island as background. they will be filmed dancing on the beach after introductions and then continue at the mall of asia arena for an explosive goddess opening, the song and dance opening will leave you all breathless!!!!
how do you like a top 18 for the semifinals instead of a top 16? its the 18th year of miss earth and just like in miss earth philippines a top 18 semifinalists might be in the plans for the 2018 show, exciting right? miss earth germany will be crowned on august 22 and she is a blonde, sweden might appoint this 2018 and its a new franchise holder.nott sutthilux is officially the franchise holder for thailand after completing requirements ,vena pravenar is miss earth calling your name? hahahaha...........

it was also revealed during the announcemnet of the official candidates that the hosts for miss earth venezuela 2018 finals on august 12, 2018 will be the iconic and most respected host in venezuela maite delgado.she is an institution of venezuela showbiz industry and is the most sought after host this side of south america. maite will also be joined by another distinguished and well celebrated host kerly ruiz , a definite casting coup, as only miss earth venezuela and globovision can gather these two megastars in one show.
the third week of the series saw the girls particiapte in various activities offered by the miss earth venezuela team. various training sessions as well as tv appearances and guestings on different tv shows of globovision.the girls even had the taste of doing actual tv presentation as a good training for them on how to be confident infront of the camera.they had clasees on interview and public speaking with miguel zambrano, catwalk and poise lessons with maria jose villaseco. the girls aslo underwent consultations with the official cosmetic surgeon of the pageant sharon cimolino to determine what procedures need to be done to enhance the beauty of the girls so that their goddess aura will come out in full potential.the most common procedures the girls went with are nose job, chin lift, liposculpture , breast lifts and botox. make overs were also made by stylists which ranged from hair color change ,skin care improvement, make up application, to proper fashion look. their smiles were also upgraded under the hands of dental expert tomas seif the official dental cosmetic sponsor of miss earth venezuela 2018.the miss earth venezuela 2018 candidates will come out of this experience a beautiful, complete woman with a wealth of experience she can be proud of for years to come.
the fourth week shows more physical transformations of the girls being done , more classes and trainings to increase their knowledge, their gym routines by eleazar molina and dietary regimen. the goddess in the girls are slowly and magically being developed and what stunning results indeed. as you know venezuela is in the middle of a financial crisis, but miss earth venezuela is doing everything and leaving no stone unturned to give thegirls the best experience and also the whole pageant world the best show in venezuela.
throughout the show you will aso see the family members of the girls being interviewed visiting them as well as giving messages of support, as the pageant progresses you can see favorites strating to edge out and make themselves known as frontrunners.

3.sucre - iriana guzman next to diana silva i think she has the most potential,no one notices her but she has the goods very tall, soft beautiful face and with the recent nose job and dental enhancments she will come out a goddess! watch out for her...
4.anzoategui - katiuska andrade exotic flower ready to blossom, pocahontas indigenous type beauty.
5.falcon - veronica araque what a beautiful chameleon face,hers is a blank canvass that could be trasformed to different looks aand come out stunning everytime. one of the girls who underwent liposculpture, she is ready.
6.apure - luisana hernandez legit bombshell vibes , with a very toned curvy body and the strong sexy features that go with it, add to that luscious thick hair equals sizzling hot latina.
7.distrito capital - ma. patricia paez classic beauty , find her features very endearing, she does need to work on her body especially toning but very transformable.
8.guarico - gabriela vasquez angelic face with girl next door aura. she is eye candy ,vibrant and so radiant. looking at her and hear her speak makes your day brighter and lovelier.

i had a very hard time trimming my favorites to 10 as they are almost at same levels and are definitely competitive batch.the judges will for sure have a hard time choosing this year. a special charity night of glamour and pageantry will happen on july 28,2018 in valencia where money will be raised to help in breast cancer fund. alyz henrich, prince julio cesar and maite delgado will be special guests together with globovision ,different stars,politicians, businessmen and of course the 2018 miss earth venezuela queens.
miss earth venezuela truly revolutionized what pageantry means for venezuela in this day and age. some old style are now outdated , miss earth venezuela provided a new slant, freshe new ideas and is now considered the most exciting"IT" pageant in venezuela.record breaking, historic, innovative, heartwarming and real.
mio tanaka is the winner of miss earth japan 2018, and damn they chose the best one. she is so kawaii and has a strong chance of putting back japan in the top 16 of miss earth 2018. the last time japan placed was in 2012 , no better girl than mio to do it again.she is the tallest miss earth japan ever at 5'10" with impressive soft porcelain doll features.
now let us get into some news tidbits, i know everyone is hungry for it. brazil will be appointed this year ,miss earth brazil pageant will happen later this year and the winner will go to miss earth 2019. the organization has decided to have one year preparation for the queen.germany and aruba are in the process of completing the requirements, both countries joined miss earth last 2015.with regards to sri lanka, pulse is the digital arm of tv derana , they wanted to appeal to the younger viewers and more quality girls that can compete well internationally. hence they had their digital network handle miss earth sri lanka for 2018, the pageant finals will still be aired via tv derana.there is already an international artist commisioned to perform for finals night of miss earth 2018 and norway might come back in 2019 with new director.
nina robertson, miss earth air 2018 will come back soon and perform her duties , her first trip is malaysia from september 1-9 , she will be with karen ibasco for environmental and tourism related activities in malaysia. i have a little known fact about nina, she had the highest score all throughout the night during the finals, she was the top scorer for the preliminary competition when the top 16 was chosen, she also had the highest score when the top 8 was chosen , still had the highest score when the top 4 was announced. the final question was when karen ibasco snatched the top score from her , hence her earth shaking win. all the elemental queens get to travel during their reign, something that is unique to miss earth, the elemental court actually has a reign too. karen travelled so much during her reign both internationally and inside the philippines.she was with all her court in cambodia, she was with tita lorraine in vietnam, she was with juliana in mexico, lada was with her in mauritius and reunion island, singapore is coming, then colombia with juliana, panama is with juliana, malaysia with nina and belgium with lada.another little know fact , few days before the department of environment and natural resources invited miss earth to reopen boracay , another bidder was actually in manila and visited carousel productions to finalize the deal to hold it in their country.but boracay island is way too irresistible to say no...GODDESSES MISS EARTH 2018 BORACAY ISLAND !!!
