justine mcleney, a name pageant fans will never forget. the woman who introduced northern ireland to the world like no other queen has. with her exquisite beauty, passion and good heart , miss earth fans fell in love with this girl and she has in that way gave the world a glimpse of what her country has to offer.she definitely represented and brought northern ireland to the forefront during her year as miss earth northern ireland 2014. 

she is the epitome of a miss earth queen, beautiful ,smart , friendly ,hardworking and pioneering. she has embodied what " beauties for a cause " is, in every step of her fruitful reign. in fact she has taken the miss earth northern ireland pageant to great heights becoming one of the most talked about pageant in northern ireland with bigtime sponsors supporting it. justine worked so hard to organize the 2015 pageant and she was rewarded with unwavering support from companies who believed in her and in the cause of miss earth. richmond shopping centre one of the big shopping malls in northern ireland is a major partner with a host of other reputable brands lending their name to make this years pageant a very successful one.

as justine's reign will end in two days let us wish her the best of luck in all her endeavours. i know she has very big plans for miss earth in the coming years and we all should rally behind her. 

on july 12, 2015 in city derry hotel, a new queen will reign , and she will have very large shoes to fill . find out as the most beautiful and determined young women will fight it out to claim the crown of miss earth northern ireland 2015. looking forward to see the amazing show as well as who the winner will be and continue the tradition of northern ireland being one of the most loved queens at miss earth.

miss earth 2015 will be one for the books, the year when the pageant celebrates 15 years of pageantry, beauty, competition, hardwork,fun,friendship,successes,hardships,victories and most importantly environmental protection.and for its crystal year miss earth will be hosted by one of the worlds most beautiful country with breathtaking nature that is technologically advanced and at the same time environmentally well managed . austria will welcome more than 100 girls from all over the corners of mother earth experiencing what this european gem has to offer. it is a historical event as this is the first time austria hosts an international beauty pageant ever. it will open the eyes of the world to the gorgeous nature in austria, its unique culture and the hospitality of its people.

miss earth has grown leaps and bounds in austria and is considered the biggest pageant in this country. it only started in 2011 but it has made a major impact in the austrian psyche, thanks to the young and dynamic team behind the franchise sina schmid and andreas seidl. together with its queens the ever beautiful and truly majestic miss earth air 2013 katia wagner, 2011 winner lisa hanakamp, 2012 winner sandra seidl,2014 winner valerie huber including the previous and current elemental queens, who have worked tirelessly to promote the pageant ,miss earth has become a sensational success in austria.

everyone is buzzing and very excited how austria will handle the pageant as it is a very different culture to the usually pageant crazy atmosphere in the philippines where it has been held every year except in 2010 when vietnam hosted.i am sure that the miss earth austria team will leave everyone stunned and heart throbbing anticipating this momentuous event. with major backing from big sponsors austria will dazzle everyone just like the fine crystals austria has been known for all over.

it started small , they worked hard and now miss earth switzerland is one of the most successful pageant in europe and the biggest and best organized pageant in switzerland. who would have thought that 10 years ago, but as the miss earth switzerland celebrates 10 years in pageantry it has accomplished so much . its pageant is aired live with modern and fast paced production. the winner gets a marvellous prize package and is very busy the whole year with charitable woks as well as media appearances. it is supported by europes biggest chain of clothing store bon prix. it has also linked itself with different government agencies in switzerland so they have activities lined up for the winner that promotes environmental knowledge and protection.

miss earth switzerland 2015 winner is the beautiful corinne schadler. she will have the difficult task of bringing back switzerland into the top 16 of miss earth, which has not happened since 7 years ago. the road will be tough but i know corinne will do her best to make things happen.

our gorgeous miss earth queen of 2014 jamie herrell kicks off her world tour in sri lanka, where she was received with so much pomp and excitement. she was able to tour the city , experience sri lankan culture and feel the hospitlaity of the sri lankan people. she also helped in crowning the miss earth sri lanka 2015 visna fernando. as a true earth warrior jamie made a big impact by doing actual work during her visit. she helped plant trees, participated in environmental forum as well as help clean a lake in sril anka. miss earth is the only queen that does actual work when she visits a country, something miss earth requires in order for the visit to be approved.


here jamie graces the cover of prime sri lankan magazine. jamie was an instant hit in sri lankan media, a tv crew followed her journey all through out to document it for future tv episode.

jamie was treated like royalty in sri lanka, she was toured around sri lanka to peromote eco tourism sites , she was given special jewelry by the makers of the miss earth sri lanka crown and met with the tourism minister to partner with them in promoting the environmental as well as tourism related projects in sri lanka.

sri lanka was the first country our queen visited but there are more countries requesting for her to appear in their events. so far the confirmed countries are myanmar, reunion island, mauritius ,usa, finland and milan ,italy.it will be a hectic but fun and the the same time worthwhile reign for jamie herrell.

miss earth fire 2004 fondly remembers her days as a beauty queen. yanina gonzalez had the amazing feat of competing at the two of the most exciting pageants. she represented her country paraguay in miss earth 2004 and miss universe 2004, the top 2 pageants in terms of excitement, following where real true competition happens.she won miss earth fire and was third runner in miss universe. in this photo yanina sums up her amazing experiences at both pageants.

yanina now enjoys her career as celebrity and tv host in paraguay looking stunning and gorgeous as ever. here she is filming for her own tv show ELTOQUE QUE FALTABA.

this early miss earth 2015 is shaping up to be one explosive spectacle. several new franchises are being awarded to young ,vibrant and forward thinkers.miss earth went against the grain and did not renew the well established  femina miss india franchise for miss earth. instead it gave it to a promising and driven young entrpreneur by the name of nikhil anand. this is big shocker in pageanry as femina has been for the longest time been a partner of carousel productions for over 20 years. the partnership which has seen several indian queens shine in the pageant and gave india a miss earth crown at the time india was having major drought in pageantry via nicole faria as miss earth 2010.but miss earth has stomped its feet on franchises who as established as they are , have been lagging and unfocused on the miss earth mission.miss earth had the balls and guts to award it to a newbie, but remember miss earth was a newbie in the pageant world but it has successfully established itself as one of the most exciting, most watched and definitely the most relevant pageant in existence today in a short period of over 10 years.this with over 75 national franchises creating a special pageant exclusively for miss earth, a feat that has not been achieved by any pageant in 10 years.and take note the best national franchises for miss earth that have become major leaders in pageantry in their home countries are they themselves young and ambitious. the likes of sina schmidt of austria, catherine constantinides of south africa, drago gavranovic of bosnia and herzegovina, louise brown of the united kingdom to name a few. these are young , dynamic individuals who has taken the miss earth brand to unbelievable heights. miss earth has always been a believer of hardwork, perseverance, creativity and the will to make a difference.thats is why miss earth is not afraid to go where no one went , a virtue of someone truly brave and very confident of its stature.
