now we go to the most controversial prejudging in the history of pageants, none has taken this usually closed door prejudging to unwavering heights like miss earth. practically everyone was amazed at this brilliant idea of having the girls wear a veil for the figure and form prejudging. once you really witness it, you will appreciate it makes sense and it is very logical. it makes you really focus on the form and figure and not be distratced by other elements like beauty of face , luscious hair. the ladies looked so sophisticated ,mysterious and chic as they paraded in white swimsuits,white veil, red lipstick and pulled back hair.it was like an avant garde production with so many beautiful women as the main stars. now with the veil covering the faces, so many nonfavorites actually scored very high in my opinion. some major favorites and one girl toutd to be this years most likely winner did not make my top 16 score sheet for figure and form. this really reiterates the fact miss earth is fair and never manipulates the results in favor of anyone. so here is the video, watch it and try scoring them individually based on their figure and form and you will see what im talking about.

it was a very close fight as i had to break the tie for the 15 and 16th spot sonce there were 7 other girls who scored 9.0 in my tally sheet. they were: argentina,canada,ecuador,malta,myanmar,peru,portugal and vietnam.
the miss earth 2017 delegates are having the time of their lives, with experiences no other pageant around can offer. who would have thought going into a beauty pageant you can learn to scuba dive. candidates got a taste of the majesty of what is underneath the ocean. with a visit to dive and trek in bauan batangas as well as dauin in negros oriental , this is one unforgettable moment where the miss earth 2017 candidates learned to scuba dive for the first time. the girls were so amazed at the experience , they continue to be very grateful to miss earth for providing them with the most unforgettable pageant .
they were able to plant giant clams which were started to get bred in 2004 with the miss earth 2004 miss earth candidates inaugurating it. 13 years later the time capsule planted was opened signalling the success of the project. the miss earth candidates really are making true impact, not just flowery words but actual results that benefit the people and humanity in general. these are not empty words ,but actions full of impact and tangible outcomes.
the miss earth 2017 candidates were also able to make artificial corals which were later planted on the reef when they did their scuba dive. this is the only pageant where the girls beauty and advocacies really are put to good use and really create positive after effects in the communities they visit.
here are some more activities the candidates of miss earth 2017 have been enjoting, being treated like true superstars everywhere ,being mobbed by the people and give n love and affection something that never happens in other pageants.handful of group 2 ladies get to travel to cagayan de oro city ,they stayed at the beautiful stargate dream vacation resorts and toured the city , had a fashion show, planted trees, visited eco tourism sites and captured the hearts of the people of cagayan de oro.

miss earth ladies took time out of their busy schedules to read to young children about environmental protection. one of the focus of miss earth activities is education , and there is no better way than educating the future caretakers and leaders of our earth.
group 3 candidates were received like royalties at the pontefino hotel in batangas where the swimsuit competition was held. aside from competing in swimwear and enjoying the luxurious amenities at pontefino hotel, the ladies planted trees and participated in an environmental seminar conducted by usaid.
central luzon province of tarlac hosted the candidates of group 3 where they engaged invarious environmental activities . resorts wear competition also happened for this particular group.
san miguel bulacan hosted a group of miss earth candidates where they were recieved with festive dances and paraded around the towns. they sampled local food, got to know small business industries supporting the people and even were brave enough to trek into the river not minding their clothes getting wet. thats a trademark of a miss earth queen they are always game for anythig and are never afraid to try on new adventures.
miss earth 2017 introduced the newest gem in philippine tourism with the miss earth candidates visiting carles, iloilo. this video highlights the unspoilt beauty of the place as well as the amazing rockstar treatment miss earth candidates receive everywhere they go. this is something that cannot be duplicated with fake likes, autobots and paid negative write ups to put down miss earth.
that is just the tip of the iceberg of what miss earth pageant is all about. even if you combine all the activites of the other pageants combined . they cant still top miss earth and its activities, no one can argue bar none miss earth is number 1 in giving the most impressive, unforgettable , heartwarming pageant experience.
now there is something i want to discuss about miss earth and all these paid negative write ups to create doubt with miss earth. regarding that site that chose to stab miss earth in the back just becuase they were given free trips and accomodation to cover another pageant.where you are right now a big part of it is miss earth. when you were starting when no one gave you attention , you were looked down upon by the big sites,you were treated like nothing by every other pageant miss earth embraced you with full arms and thats how you got your wings that solidified your A staus into the pageant media. now that you were given sponsorships, you easily turned your back and stab miss earth. that goes to show what kind of an organization you are, miss earth thought you were different, that was why they embraced you in your infancy, when you were taking baby steps. now that you have legs, you got eaten by the whole dirty system of bribery and treachery, something miss earth pageant will never get into. miss earth never pays anyone or gives special favors to anyone just to put another pageant down or to create a false report aboout miss earth. notice all the sites created supporting miss earth and how there are lots of them, these are real organic supporters, not paid blackmailers or autobots. these are true loyal fans who know the truth and who support miss earth wholeheartedly , every step of the way , up or down. this is something minor pageants can never have or can never buy, the loyalty , the heart and love for the most relevant pageant in existence MISS EARTH.

for the very first time in the history of the miss earth pageant, everyone will get to see the official preliminary scoring events. the subcompetitions where medals are given actually have no effect on the ladies preliminary score. the three preliminary events1. figure and form 2. beauty of face and poise 3. intelligence and environmental knowledge are the ones that are tallied with attitude score given by team managers and carousel staff to form the top 16 semifinalists.
first up is the figure and form happening at 6 pm tonight with livestream direct from century park hotel. the ladies will be wearing white swimsuit with white veil, their hair will be pulled into a pony tail, so that judges will not be distracted on how beautiful the face is or how luscious the hair is rather will only focus on the figure and form of the ladies. fitness experts, nutrition enthusiasts , modelling scouts will comprise the panel of judges.a behind the scenes look will precede the actual show to give time for everyone to share the stream and for the fans to get the sidelights on what happens before the show begins.
now i have a bit of insight about what does it really take to do well at miss earth, well here is a tip! in order to do well or win miss earth , you have to show to the judges you want this crown and that you will do everything in your power to win it. that means you have to perform, that goes the same for the medal events.if you want to do well you have to have a connection with the judges and the crowd. beauty alone will not let you win over, because all the girls are already beautiful, you must have that something extra that will get the nod of the judges. if you look at the previous miss earth winners in the last 7 years, they are not the most beautiful in their batch but they performed the best and they wanted it like their life depended on it.it has something to do with the culture of the filipino judges, filipinos have a "shy" culture, so anyone who shows confidence, chispa , vibrance charisma onstage will surely get high scores from the judges. snow queens , with cold aura even if they are goddesses will score very low with filipino judges.also the ladies should also take note secret judges aside from the panel of judges will give scores during the medal events , they are guests chosen to give a different perspective , and the scores they give will be tallied with the official judges. these secret judges are carefully chosen to have no connection to any candidate competing on that group that night.
